I use the clear for re-sealing balsa baits after toothy critters get hold of them.

Yes it does but I warn you make sure you have a female with you to buy it. I had a guy try to pick me up once at CVS when I bought some by myself.

I made a bunch of striper jigs for my son and put some clear glitter polish over the powder paint. Not sure if it makes a difference but they sure look nice.
I use nail polish all the time for touch up , buy at the dollar stoire
