Big Moe’s seasoning from Academy, pull the skin back and rub some in then pull the skin back and light coat of it on the outside of skin. Inject with garlic creole and put it in the big easy. I’ll never fry another turkey again after using this thing.
I rub mine while no one is watching!!!!!

Brine 12 hours. Smoke 14 hours @ 200*. Was scrumptious.

I like a light coat of John Henry Cherry Chipotle under the skin and in the cavity and a heavy coat of Plowboys on top.
