Yup. Clinton has been good. Since you're bank fishing, if you want to hike a little, go to the North side state park. Campground 1. Go to red ladder farthest West side. You can do some decent bank Crappie fishing there. If you walk West along the shore, around the small inlet/cove to the point, you can find deep water rising to a shelf

I bought a little ranger last night. I don’t fish like I used to but this little boat will be to nice use to get out on crappie and stuff. I have a few places at Perry and Pamona that are good from the bank using a slip bobber.
Friend of mine went to pamona a week or so ago and caught 4 limits and we’re home by mid afternoon. That guy is a crappie fishing dude though. I swear he could fill his bath tub and catch crappie.
it appears the high water this year has been good for size. Not sure about recruitment though.

Been to the pits some, seeing lots of fish on the graph but not many bites. But it seems that I pretty much suck at fishing anymore so someone else might be catching the heck out of them lol
