Might look into Florsheim Shoes. They have the softer sole than any other shoe. Check the company online for different styles. Great shoe for people that have neuropathy in the feet and legs

I have found that my daily comfort shoes, are the best for multiple days. Single days I like Crocs the thickness of the sole does well for me.

I do like crocs but wearing them when it’s wet is a bad deal

My 2 cents.... Whatever pair you decide, try to use them exclusively for the activity you want. (Ie Fishing, Boating, Etc) You can really stretch the life out of them by not using them for daily use or "around town." I have a pair that I keep in the boat just to fish with and it makes a huge difference with the longevity and comfort.

    - Good Luck

These are great for spring and summer. Very comfortable and breathe. If they get wet they dry quickly.

I wore Vasque for a long time, last year I tried Oboz. They both are really good shoes, I grab the Oboz most of the time. You need to try several brands to see what you prefer.

Like most here I recommend a good pair of running shoes. The last few years I have had been using UA running shoes, got to look for the softer soles though. Previously I used Aesics and really liked them. I may be going back to them since finding a good deal on the UA shoe I want seems to be impossible. One thing to remember is that with most shoes you really get what you pay for. Several years back I found a good deal on a pair of Aesics, like $40, they were the hardest soled shoe I had ever worn. Went back and spent $120 and those shoes were like walking on air.
