PSA: Not sure if its suppose to do it but any amount of rain on the HDS Lives and you may want to make sure to take them off and dry them inside. Been on the water the last week or so and in the rain, light to moderate, nothing torrential twice now. Came home to download sonar logs and noticed water in the SD card ports. that unit was my console unit behind a windshield, not fully covered but definitely not like my bow unit. Bow unit same way, removed them and used canned air to blow everything out, no issues.
Not sure if the SD card port is a sealed compartment at the connectors or if the flap cover is suppose to be the end all to stopping it from getting into the system.
