g2 is bulletproof? list some "bugs" currently in them??

I’d like to hear about the “bugs” as well. I know about the faulty ignition switch. What else you got?

Resale would be a factor if you trade every couple of years Mercury and Yamaha have far better resale I have noticed in the market place 2 stroke engines in the eyes of many are now outdated technology even people trying to sell boats with 2 stroke Pro XS motors are seeing less resale dollars for there rigs.Please note this statement is not saying any thing is bad about any of these engines.Most high end bass boat people dropping 60-80 K want the latest technology from there electronics to the latest 4 stroke engines

so a 2 stroke with state of the art technology, that gets better fuel economy and has less emissions, is old technology now? G2 has 1/3 the parts and makes awesome power for old outdated technology!!!

In a few years all out board engines will be 4 stroke and some may even be electric that’s just the way the whole industry is going .Again G2 is probably the best 2 stroke technology that is ever going to be.
