I just want to be 100% sure I've got the 'Vented' version of the 25p T1.
I'm currently 98.5% sure :)

Yes.
Can you plug these ? Thought the vmax sho should have no vents
2 strokes benefit/Need venting. 4 strokes dont "Need" them, But some 4 strokes benefit with some venting. The T1 Yamaha vented/slots was made for their 2 strokes and may work fine on the SHO. They are not pluggable.

I haven't seen a t1 prop without these vents
All of the new ones have no vents for the 4 strokes. V-Max props are T1's.

So any online places to get unvented vmax props .. having a hard time
The last I heard, all the manufacturers were only making the ventless props for Yamaha. Supposedly, they couldn't make enough for the new motors that Yamaha was selling. I don't know how accurate that is now.
