    Now this a bear!!!! 879lbs!

    Holy crow look at the feet and head on this black bear!!
    Every year seems PA is putting out a giant black bear

    I've seen some 5 and 600lb bear but I never thought of a 879 lb bear wow

    So far this season there have been 2 800+ bear killed and one in 700s

    That is one really large bear. The largest black bear I’d ever heard of was 600 poiuns ans not sure I believed that.

    I shot a 15 year old black bear in southeast Alaska years back that went about 350 as I recall and was 20 5/16 skull. which is a big bear. That one is a monster. Pennsylvania is known for big bears. Some of the larger black bears hang out around landfill areas and eat a lot of garbage, they call them garbage bears in Alaska.

    Yea old story from a few years ago, but still a big Bruin! 813lb is biggest so far this year

    They get really big here in NC also. We had our record set in 1998 with a 880 pound brute and heard it was a world record but not sure. Quite a few taken over 700 pounds along the coastal counties.
