I have been wanting to install some type of storage box/console on the step in my 2017 Z21 for a long time. I finally found one I liked, and that didn't break the bank too bad. I Installed it this weekend. A guy in California is making them. He makes them to the dimensions you specify, and wraps them in the vinyl of your choice. Its perfect for what I need. My selected dimensions make the step a little too high if your are constantly stepping up to the back deck though.
