After a long summer of flood conditions .... who knows what spring 2020 will bring? I feel for the merchants in Savanna ... there doesn't seem to be a lot of spending.

Finally, a "winter pool" number. We shall see what the next couple of months bring us from Wisc., & MN ... We can only hope that we do not see the the rain that we had in 2019 ... I agree Hooksetter5 seemed like most of the summer this year it was high.
