    Question Pump Running

I'm guessing this is some sort of wiring issue. Got to the ramp, trimmed the motor, and nother pump started running (likely the power pole pump?). Boat did not crank easily, but it cranked. Then, once on the water, it'd run when I trimmed the motor or bumped it into reverse, or even when I dropped the trolling motor.
The problem is, when this pump runs (runs for about 30 seconds after triggered), it draws hard on the battery. Voltage drops to around 10.8v. Then, the pump stops, and voltage goes back a normal range (around 13). Screen on the Lowrance went a little gray once or twice. Turned it off and back on and it worked.

This is more than likely a wiring/boat issue, but I thought I'd drop it here in case any Evinrude guys have seen it before. I just had the power steering fixed, that's what made me think to drop it here.

Disconnect power to the power pole pump and see if this happens or goes away.
