    2005 OPTIMAX 200 HP 1B071504 battery question

    i been reading 80 pages of battery choices,is there good battery for the 200 optimax 200 (i run two hds-9 fishinders no power poles and no tournaments) i have seen the stickie posted at the top of the page,is there one in the price range of $200.00 thanks

    One of the wet cells listed toward the end of that topic would meet your price criteria.

    sorry i didnt find any for in the $200 range, anybody else finding anything battery thanks guys

    Napa BAT 7234 commercial 1125 Cold Cranking amps 195 minutes of reserve, for a cranking battery only, not suitable for trolling motors. You should be able to find this battery for under 175.00, My cost is 155.00 for this battery. Light cycling such as electronics is ok, but it will provide a good life span if not deep cycled for trolling motors. The one I am currently using is 3 years old, runs 1 Carbon9, HDS gen 3 and a HDS9 gen touch as well as livewells all day, Still test good at 1100 CCA. This battery is working out very for many.     Try looking at "Commercial" batteries... Napa, O-Reiley's, Carquest, and a number of other chains keep some decent 950-1000 CCA wet-cell batteries within your budget.

    thanks guys,i ended going with the napa commercial one it has some good specs on it,137.00 with AAA discount 20% off this month
