I heard the 24 pitch and the 25 pitch both being mentioned as the prop to go with. What is the performance difference between the two. Any particular manufacturer?

25" tempest would be what I'd run.

The boat came with a four blade trophy 24 p. How will this prop compare to a three blade 24 or 25 p?

Not enough pitch for the 200 it will probably over rev and it will be slower than the three blade. It's a Ranger and needs bow lift that a trophy won't have.

Try a 24 pitch Tempest Plus or a 24 pitch Fury 4 that should give you the lift you are needing. I'm having the same issue with my 2015 Triton 18 TRX no lift whatsoever and only turning 5700 rpm. Going to try the 24 Tempest and 24 Fury 4 myself to see what happens.
