    it doesn't, it charges the 36v batteries as needed from the 12v battery

    It would if it could. The BMS on the battery would prevent that though

    dam a over a 2 year post brought back lol.... no charger can charge a lithium below the low temp cut off temp has nothing to do with the charger its programmed into the battery BMS. (Provided the Lithium is quality with a low temp cut off inside). The BMS does not allow it.
