    Mid 80s 35hp mercury

    I'm looking for some information on this motor. I do not know what year it is. I found the serial number on the Welsh plug.
    B284320

    I'm also looking at a 1990 75 horsepower Mariner. Do you know if the controls from the 35 will work on the Mariner?

    yes sir the controls should work fine may have to do some wirring mods for tilt and trim is all
