Great guy. I busted his trailer light while driving Steve Kennedy's dually diesel the last time the Elites fished Table Rock. I was terribly embarrassed and he was a total gentleman. I handed him a $100 bill and he didn't want to take it. I insisted and he gave in. Just a good dude!

Well, First day back at work from being gone for 11 days. Fishing was tough on us on Table Rock. Weather had the fish in a funk. I caught 2 large mouth of course and finally a small mouth. So much fun with Brian. Like you all said super guy. Had an awesome time with Him. My son I think impressed him with his casting and never sat down he was cast for cast. Never hooked a fish though. We left and he wanted to redeem himself. Stopped on the other side of the Dam at Lake Taneycomo. 3rd cast with a IMG_4847.JPG rattle trap. I think the fly fisherman where upset. He said okay we can go now. He caught one. Thank You for all your help BBC

Nice Rainbow! Lake Taneycomo (Taney County Missouri) can be a fun place. As a young boy growing up nearby, it was called the "cold lake". My family were all bass fishermen and claimed that the lake was too cold for bass, so I never got to fish it very often.

We started off deep for schooling fish. Using Rapala ice jig and spoon. Then when We could not get the deep bite working. He was even fishing trying to get something started. He was also calling a couple of buddies on the water as well. No one was catching. Then moved to a bunch of his crankbait spots. Caught on Smallie on a crankbait. Brian caught one a jig. Rest of the day flipping docks with a jig. That was different for me flipping in 12-20 foot deep. I pitch and flip in grass and reeds in about 5 foot or less. Caught 2 largemouth doing that and missed one bite. Buddy said they caught 2 all day. They had 5 people on that boat i think. Like I said the weather was coming. Tornado watches to the east and west of us within a few hours off the lake. Storm was moving 60mph. He said they caught 15 the day before.
