Its a high school kid that lives in FL. They parked next to me at a hotel at Okeechobee one time and I was curious who it was so I looked him up. I think he is a senior in HS now. The LTF logo is the kid's initials. It is a sick wrap though.

Here’s a local young man (& wife) that will soon get his chance on the Elites to show how good he can catch them. Wishing Kyle Welcher the best. Seems to catch them everywhere and is great on camera. He’s looking for sponsorship too. Vexus??
Well the people here in Cleveland, TN who had been following Kyle Welcher are not surprised he has done so well on his first year on the Elites. Still wish he was rocking a Vexus/Evinrude G2, but he’ll have his pick of any of them soon. The kid can catch them anywhere.
Today BASS did a live on the water interview with Kyle as an up and comer on The Elites. Congrats to him on his success.
