    Upgrading

    I have an HDS 8 gen 1, HDS 5 gen 1 all networked to LSS1..I really want to upgrade these. not necessarily to the latest and greatest just upgrade. Will a HDS 9 gen 2 touch just plug right in to what I have and work for the most part? if not what wiring modifications will I need to consider?

    Plugs right in to take the place of either of your current units or you could just add it into the network by connecting an Ethernet cable to the Structure module.

    Yes it will, but you may want to consider upgrading to at least Gen 3 or preferably a Carbon as the Gen 2 is no longer supported.
