I dont see them mentioned, so Ill throw in a vote for the Double-H boots. They have a line of them made in the USA with global parts.

I have been wearing these for almost 2 years https://www.doublehboots.com/DH5400 They are holding up to the sparks and slag really well.

My redwings were made in Cambodia, the Carhardts that I was replacing were much better boots.

It depends if you work outside or inside on Hard Plant Floors. I think the Durashocks were great on Plant Floors & Outside., Best to get a few suggestions and check their website or call Customer Service and ask for Recs. I got a brand new Pair of USA 6 inch size 12W Red Wings $100 shipped new 5 yrs- $180.

I had to have steel toes at my last job( for 10 years). I've tried red wings, florshiem(spelling ?), chippewas, Wolverines, walmart brand, timberland and probably a few more I can't remember. The chippewas were definitely the most durable. The florsheim was the most comfortable boot I have ever put my foot in, by far. But, they didn't last to long and were over $200. The next in line would be timberland pros, very comfortable, no break in, $150 and would last about a year. I bought the timberland pros my last four years at srk.
