There was a time that I didn't fish but I cannot remember it.
Really interested to see people's opinions on the Ghost soon. Mine going on Tuesday and should hit the water few days later.
. Did you buy one and get it installed on your boat yet. Interested in a review.
p.S. I was at BassPro in Springfield, MO today and they did not have the Ghost. I thought they were available everywhere!
If all goes as planned I'll install mine tomorrow and will try it out on the water Thursday.
Ok fellas, I’ve run mine for 2 days now. It’s pretty good, I only have 1 complaint and I think that will be solved when I do the heading configuration. Apparently I missed that in the installation manual. We don’t know how the longevity will be, but as of right now, this motor is pretty nice. The foot pedal actually feels like a cable steer, even though it’s not. I was initially scared about running it in hydrilla, I’m not anymore. It actually cuts through better than my fortrex does, I don’t know how; but it does.
I look forward to buying a remote, won’t have to bend over to change speeds that way.
I am also using my ghost with a gen2 touch. I had to do some rigging for my lss1, but it’s working good so far. I need to adjust my 2d ducer a little bit though.
I’m not telling anyone to run out and buy one, but if you do, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
Russell Marine has them in stock this morning and 10% off for Black Friday. I am really having a hard time not doing it.
