Really surprised that rods are laying in the bottom of these rod lockers considering how many have water issues in their rod lockers, including myself.

None of my BCB's (4 of them) have leaked in my lockers except my 98 Jag and it was the old latch assy. Replaced it and fixed that leak.

Latches are not and have never been my issue.

I took out the front rod tubes. I use TRC rod covers when storing, and insert the handle in the rear handle holders.

I have a terrible time every time I have even one rod sock in my rod storage. Inevitable a crankbait or jerbait hook(s) will bury in the sock and I'll be tearing them out with pliers.

I use these for my crankbaits, spooks and other treble hook rods. I actually put the bait at the rod handle and wrap it there. Than install the rod sleeve. Works perfect. No issues with the trebles grabbing the rod socks.
