I bet they start popping up all over now.

The story behind the company is awesome. Great success story on hard work and a dream. It still blows my mind how many people want their picture taken with the mascot statues. Almost always a line to do so.

Good food, good selection of most anything you can imagine, cheap beer prices, cheap ice and a huge Costa selection. Its crazy what they pack into those stores.

I'm pretty sure Beaver Nuggets are considered a food group in Texas.

That will become the preferred R&R stop on I75 on the way to and from Florida when it gets built.

    Awesome.
I work with some Texans that were telling me about them. We google earthed it and its unreal the acreage one covers. Something like over 100 gas pumps.
I gave them cash to bring back beef jerky. Suppose to be a beef jerky Buffet. My kinda place.

It’s about 1.2 miles from my house! I grew up by one of the very first buccees (Luling, TX)! I have mixed feelings about this though. I hope they keep it “Texas” vs trying to make it Georgia themed.

I’m really hoping they keep all that but I just can’t see it here. BBQ is pork to these people here, people will have no clue what a kolache is, and I would KILL for breakfast tacos....they aren’t really a thing outside TX. I ask for Carne Guisada here and people are clueless and confused

Another interesting fact is that GA “had” the only Taco Cabana outside of Texas....didn’t work out too well though. Just give me buccees, HEB, whataburger, Taco C, a good breakfast taco joint, St Arnold, & some revolver Blood & Honey...actually, just get me out of this state and back to TX!
