Prop advice for 2020 521 Ranger with 250 Pro XS V-8

My friend gets his new rig in a week or so and he's in need of advice on prop selection. Anyone running the new V-8 on a big Ranger let us know what you're running and any pros and/or cons. Thanks much for any help.

This question comes up every couple of weeks here. Stock 23 Fury 3-blade runs well for most people. Fury 4-blade is the second most popular. Probably in his best interest to test it as is, then once it’s broken in, come back to fine-tune any areas in need of improvement. 3-blades typically run a bit faster than 4-blades on top end. 4-blades often plane out faster and provide better control. Water temps, setup, and weight load [as always] affect how the boat runs with any given prop.
