My new to me, first ever Ranger bass boat! Also Newbie to the forum.

Just picked up this 2004 195VX. Have not had it out yet but was water tested and man is it nice! Been reading this forum for years even though I was fishing from an Alumicraft.
Looking forward to using my new Ranger in the spring. I do find it interesting that it is difficult to find info on the VX...find plenty on the VS and it seems they are very much the same craft.

Looks like a fantastic boat. Any bass boat is enjoyable, but Rangers are special. You are joining a great group of people.

Thanks! Boat did 69 mph on the water test. I think I might have seen a tear in the sellers eyes as he pulled away from the landing without the boat.
I really love it and have not wet a line from it yet. I will have lots of questions about it so I hope you guys dont mind!!

Congrats on the new ride!....The VX series is consider a "tournament series" while the VS has less features or standard options then the VX.

Congrats on your boat! Like said above...the vx series of boats had more standard options installed at the factory. The vx and vs shared the same hull. For example the 188vx and 188vs had same hull.
