I don’t remember the brand but I got a fiberglass color matched one from Tackle Warehouse. I’ve got a fortrex so I don’t know if the ultrex pedal fits it.

I'm using the R&R Designs one in my boat. It was the cheapest available, is quite neutral looking, well made, big enough for all the pedals out there, and does the trick!

Here it is on Amazon for $73.

2 things: First, I have no idea what pedal the screwholes are made for, but they sure don't fit any pedal I've ever seen. I siliconed the existing holes shut and just drilled new ones.

Second, I had some adventures getting a drain hose to work. I eventually landed on what I felt was a genius idea by using a pipe floor flange. I ended up using galvanized, though if you could find a stainless or aluminum one that'd probably be better just to avoid any concerns of rust (it didn't matter to me as, even if it rusts, it's not going to hurt anything). I bought whatever size matched up to the drain hole in the tray (think it's 1/2") then epoxied it on the underside with 5 minute epoxy just lining up the holes. Then I bought a couple feet of clear tubing off a bulk roll at Fleet Farm (I think it was silicone....get some that you can bend without it creasing) that was the right OD such that I was actually able to "screw it" into the threads on the floor flange due to the snug fit. I siliconed around the edges just for insurance, and ran the other end to the drain tube that runs down the keel of the boat. Works great, and water drains out perfectly since the hose and flange are all under the tray. I did need to add some washers on the screws holding the pedal down between the pedal and tray to allow space for water to drain underneath, but I suspect that's true no matter what tray you get.

    My buddy does autobody work.

I gave him dimensions and what I wanted. He just built one for me with some sheet metal from Lowes. Then he painted it.. I think all said and done I paid $40 for everything?

I put the Comfortrol Deluxe in my 2003 Ranger and wish I did it the day I bought it. Well built, nice tool holder and cup holder, fit the ultrex pedal. I purchased mine on tackle warehouse during the 20% off Black Friday sale.

Good to know..... I wasn't sure if the ultrex pedal would fit. To me, it's probably the best looking tray I've seen.

You can save a lot of money contracting a fabrication shop or general metal worker.

I installed the Comfort Troll for my Ultrex. When I spoke to them they had 2 options on the depth. They have one that is an inch shallower allowing easier access to the foot buttons on the control.

The Original ComforTroll with the rounded back will NOT work with Ultrex. You have to get one of their different models.
    Have a Blessed Day,
