    removing carpet decals

Does anyone have an effective way of removing carpet decals without leaving glue behind on the carpet? Never removed them before and don’t plan on putting new ones down. Any advice would be appreciated.

If they were quality carpet graphics they will not leave a glue residue. Just mast sure the are warm, not hot and use slow steady pressure and they will come right off.

Mineral spirits applied with a rag will remove glue residue from carpet. I install carpet and mineral spirits a manufacturer approved method for removing glue.

Dont pour the mineral spirits on the carpet, just put a small amount on the rag and wipe easily, do not "scrub" I have used this method for 35 years and never had an issue.
