Helix 12 Mega SI + GPS G3N no side imaging

So I just bought a new Skeeter FXR 20L with the 12" Helix at the console and bow. The console unit works great. I am getting some great pics on it. My bow unit wont show the SI. The down and 2D work fine. I have the transducer checked in the network settings. When I check the transducer the screen will go to mapping and I have to bring up the SI screen again. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

I'd swith them around and see what happens ..... do problems stay with the unit or the location

are you sure front unit has side imaging transducer

You have to select your console unit for SI. You do not have SI from the front, only DI. It is a SI unit, just no front SI transducer. The Ultrex has a MDI transducer
