No SONAR on Gen3 HDS9

Ok I’ve got a Gen3 hds 9. Did the latest update the other day. I have the Spotlight scan transducer but only use the down and 2d and has been working fine. Went to the lake the next day dropped motor and had sonar but when there was no depth/time all that from the new update I started to edit overlay but it didn’t work. Shut it off to restart it. Now have NO SONAR. Doesn’t even recognize SpotlightScan on the install screen. So my buddy gave me a brand new HDI 83/200 to try. Hooked it up went through the install screens. NO Sonar. Nothing. I don’t hear it ticking when you listen close. The HDI or the spotlight scam. What y’all think

I think it's broken!!!

Try a hard reset and complete reconfigure.
