    Fish fry woes

So ya plan a big fish fry. (18+) wife and family says don't make things spicy. Ok fry up 3 big pans of fish and one pan of hush puppies. Then make a pan of spicy fish and pups. Git it all cooked sit down to have a beer and rest. While everyone fixes their plate. Go to fix yours and there's one spicy pup and just enough fish for a plate. WTH!
Guess next time I won't just spice to flavor and lite their a$$ up. LoL

you know you felt warm and fuzzy after the initial shock! I know when I cook for groups it literally gives me a nice feeling when people ask for seconds....especially since I usually load up plates so seconds will not be needed!

    good stuff....just missing pics sir!!!

People eat it how I like to cook it. Generally that means copious amounts of cayenne pepper and doesn’t bother me if a bit spicy for taste. Like it or leave it.

^^^^^^ Prepare it and serve it as you intend it to be eaten

This. By the time I have all the cooking done, I'm full of eating hot fish and hushpuppies.

Yea you are correct and it does make you feel good. Sure seems like I always get the not to spicy or sauced but it's the first stuff gone. LoL
