The apostrophes people use to pluralize things are probably the ones that bother me the most, though that was already touched on. Even though it bugs the hell out of me, I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt on that one as phones seem to autocorrect a properly used "s" to add an apostrophe really, really often...I've inadvertently done it myself due to that. "Could care less" is another that always has bugged me, but that seems to have been misused so much that it's becoming acceptable.
