    Hello everyone..... trying to get my jack plate set what is everyone running prop to pad measurements?

    1" below the pad. At this point the water pressure gauge starts to bounce a bit. The boat is STABLE!! One handed steering!

    70.6 is all it had though. Do keep in mind that I am running an older OX66 lower unit which is 1.81 ratio, vs a HPDI lower which is 1.75 and can be raised higher.

    Next spring I will block off my top holes in my lower...or find an HPDI. Not sure yet.

    These numbers don't work I think...unless the lower is a 1.62 ratio?

    Sure they do. Remember that Fury props are stiffer than other props. 24 is really a 25. The new lower units also have reduced slip. My analog tach reads 57-5900 rpms but I believe it’s reading 200 rpm low.
