Small fine scratches in top cap.

Got a bunch of fine scratches in the top cap of my legend. You can’t feel them with your nail but they are noticeable to the eye. Will these buff out or will I have to wet sand?

Can you see them outside or inside, what color gel are the scratches on, what year is your boat ? Pics are always recommended to obtain good usable info.

not sure how well you can see them. Can’t fill them with fingernail Just ugly in the sun.
