Inch pound torque wrench/driver for action screws.

I have been looking on google, amazon ect. The digital F.A.T. wrench from Wheeler would be perfect if it went down to 10 inch pound instead of 15.
Anyone have any suggestions on who makes a good torque driver?

Yes I called wheeler, the regular fat wrench goes to 10 but the digital goes to 15. The thing is, if I find that my rifle is most accurate at say 12.7 inch pounds, can i get the action screw back to 12.7 inch pounds every time I clean it? I don't even know if I need one to go below 15, I've read that kidd recommends 10 to 20 on their receivers, so that's what I'm going with.

If they recommend 10-20 anywhere in that range you are good to go.
