Solix G2 trolling motor transducer

Hello Humminbird experts, I’m looking to mount a solix 12 msi g2 on my trolling motor. I am familiar with the transducer exchange. Curious as to what transducer everyone recommends for the msi solix units. I had seen an adapter bracket that mounts the transom mount transducer to the trolling motor. I also called humminbird and they had told me I just use the transom transducer with the adapter to mount on the trolling motor.

I have a transducer shield and saver on my jack plate... I love it. They make some nice stuff, I’ll have to look into it. Thanks
