Tim’s Ford Lake

Anyone have some tips fish Bass on this lake, will be there next week and yes after this cold front ?

Tim's Ford is a good nighttime Smallmouth lake if you can deal with the cool nights. There are lots of round points. SM there love single tail grubs.
While you are in the area, give Wood Reservoir a try as well in the daytime.

I haven't been up there for awhile but when I was fishing it, I had a lot of luck in the Lost Creek area with grubs, tubes and if the water was cool enough, the float n fly would produce some nice smallmouth. Mid 50's water could be some good crank bait fishing

Its fishing tough from what i hear a two day last week took 23lbs and couple other 20lb sacks but in general its been tough on most locals.

Fish the points, stick Baits, and hair jig with short trailer.
