Not sure what kind of sauce you’re looking for, but my wife bought a yogurt based avocado and cilantro dressing that’s amazing on tacos. I can get more info if you have any interest.
My wife uses Mexican Crema, some of our favorite hot sauce (Boulder Hot Sauce Smokey Serrano), and a few other ingredients to make her own drizzle for fish or chicken tacos. Plenty of recipes on line using crema or yogurt as a base. When making beef or pulled pork tacos we don’t normally use any topping sauce.
