    G2 grease fittings

I believe the grease fittings are under the silver caps. For the life of me, I can’t find the right size Allen wrench to remove the 2 bolts holding the caps on. Any suggestions?

Maybe it's a zerk (if I spelled it right) head bolt.

Almost every fastener on my G2 is not Allen, but one of those star-headed things. Maybe get a magnifying glass to identify the tool that is needed. Sorry that I can’t be more specific or helpful than that. I got one of those 48-piece bit sets from Harbor Freight, and so far everything I’ve tried to loosen or tighten on my G2, there’s been a bit that fit correctly from that set.

    You got that right.

Too many home DIY types use the common T25 Torx bit for their Harley's T27 fasteners and strip them out

You can drive an alien head in there if you really want. That is what most people do around here. One thing with that style head, make sure they are clean. I try to hit them with air first to blow any dirt out of the.
