I put a 250xs 4s on 2008 alpha 211 recently. Don’t think a 25 fury is going to work out. I know now why Merc quit building a two stroke, sweet motor. I have a fury 24 four blade on it now and this prop is doing better than the four blade 25 but would like more rpms. Right now I am believing a Bravo 1 FS 24.5 is the prop all year with my boat heavily loaded front and back Utrex big Solix’s front and back and more gear than I need any month of the year. I think this will turn 6000 - 6200 regardless of temp and humidity. Load sound familiar to anybody else. Super strong out of the hole and mid range. Performs great handling 70 mph boat.

I am repowering my 09’ A211. Do you know if they had to use a wiring harness extension for your boat?

I repowered my 2008 211 with 4s 250XS ended up settling with a Bravo FS 24.5 best performer. Boat handles fantastic.
Boat handles heavy load well better than Fury 4 24 pitch and Fury 3 24 pitch. I need to check to see if I am getting WOT. Don’t think so turning 5950 71 mph. I think there is more juice in the orange. I also think going higher pitch not advantageous for one prop all scenarios all year climate conditions.

I just had my 2013 211 repowered with a new 250 4 stroke and they didn't need to have the harness extension.
