    Exporting waypoints by region help

    I started working on exporting all my waypoints. First I exported all of them to a backup folder. I then selected export by region and put the box around one of the lakes. I selected the sd card and created a new folder. When I hit export, the hour glass piped up but will not go away. Any idea what is causing this?

    Bad card? Try another sd card no bigger than 32 gig. Are the WAYPOINTS still there?

    I finally figured out what I was dong wrong. When you go through the process to export by region, the last step is to name the new file and press 'Enter'. The map will then pop up with the hour glass. At this point, do not hit 'Export' again. If you do, the hour glass will never go away. The .usr file is still created, but I don't trust it. Just hit 'Enter' once you name your file and leave it until the hour glass goes away.
