    Water spraying from in front of water intake

    I have water spraying out from in front of my water intake on my lower unit. Is it fixable? Can it be welded. It started doing it when I put the muffs on. I haven't hit anything.It is spraying all up and down it. I drain my lower unit and did not see any water in it. I have a 1988 Mercury 90hp outboard.

    OB331351 is the serial number on the motor. Still trying to post picture of the area that I'm talking about.
