    Loomis Conquest Flipping Rod 905C

I recently bought the 904C for a Carolina rig rod and it is absolutely perfect for rigging.

Has anyone used the 905C for a flippin rod? If yes, any thoughts?

I use it for punching. It is a big step up in power from the 904C. The 904C is a great rod. If you are talking about 1/2 ounce or less the 905 is too much. It would be good for heavy tackle and cover.
