I have been feeling so mentally out of sorts that I called and got an appointment with a psychiatrist. He invited me to sit on the couch, lay down if I wished, and tell him what was wrong.
I told him, that lately I kept thinking I was Tom Jones. Morning, noon and night, that feeling over and over again, I was Tom Jones.
He made some notations on the yellow pad he was holding, cleared his throat and said "It's not unusual".
