Missing plastic storage liner

I have a 2001 196 DCX Elite that is missing the plastic liner in one of the back driver side storage boxes. See images below:

Anyone know where I can get one of these/can it be installed without removing the top cap?

It’s not missing, ones an ice chest and the other is storage. That’s the same as my buddies.

What are the wires in the 2nd photo? That does not look normal to me unless someone just tossed them in there???

That's the wiring harness I'd assume. Runs to the graphs and trolling motor.

Best thing to do, is to get some plastic boxes and put your stuff in it. Because if you stop fast and water comes over the back, that compartment will get water from the inside and mold will grow on your wet stuff.

I was just planning on not using it, or using it for oil, stabil, etc.

Yep put a rubbermaid plastic container in it to hold whatever you want.
