Serial #oh000596 about to put it to sleep but won't start.It is used as a kicker so does not get much use.Started mid summer for a test ran ok abit hard to start.Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, the titles of the sections can be misleading here, been a problem for years. Wish they could be changed.
