    C-monster app

    I can not get this app to work and I'm getting a little frustrated. Today I installed app and the pumps will pair to my phone however I can't get either to connect. It won't even give me the box to check next to them to select to connect. I deleted the app and re downloaded for times and each time they will pair but not allow me to cnnect. Thoughts?

    i just changed from a galaxy s 9+ to a s 10+ and now my app crashes every time I try to connect my poles. The app sees both my poles and when I click connect, it crashes it.

    have you tried power cycling the pumps once the app was open. meaning cutting postive power to the pumps then restarting them. Did it work fine on your S9 plus?

    worked just fine on my 9. never had an issue. I did not try that but I will. Thank you.

    Did you do as I suggested, with power cycling the pumps?

    Yes... it pairs instantly but will not give me an opportunity to select to connect. Also the videos I watched on you tube were also not infomative, and the app appeared different. I have a battery shut off in the battery compartment that I used to cycle pumps
