Still time to take advantage of this offer from Hydro Tec, I highly recommend them.

BULLET 21XRS 250 SHO
I run a Hydrotec SHO with their low water pickup and fat shaft mod on the lower. Hold 16-17 lbs H2O PSI at 3” above pad on 16” set back. Carries the boat well at 93. Stroker with 200 SHO.
Plan to send my ECU in this week. What else do they need besides Serial Number and Model number? How long does it take before you get it back?
BULLET 21XRS 250 SHO
I see typical 3-4mph gain for guys with a 250 going to a 300. What have been the gains for a 225 going to a 300? Been told to go to a 6500 Rev Limit.
What grade gas are you running with the 325 hp 6500 rpm. 89 or 92?

12 lbs 9 oz caught on 4/28/1975 Lake Eufaula
Finally was able to run it. Had ECU flash and hit 75mph @6100 RPM with 1/2 tank of fuel, empty livewells, and full tourney load today til I ran out of room. HAd alot more to go too. So pleased never got above 71 before.

2014 920/SHO
Does anyone have a good ECU tune for the 175 SHO? Spoke to hydro tech. They said there’s power to be gained but they haven’t dialed one in yet.
Is there any benefit to having a second ECU to flash and keeping the one that comes with the motor stock or does it not really matter?
Only reason I can think of is to have the stock ECU for 250hp limited tournaments.
Other not so honest reasons to have 2 ECU's
Hiding motor hours by running the flashed ECU until your ready to sell, then swapping in the stock ECU and selling it as a low hour motor.
Insurance fraud
Tournament fraud
Warranty claim fraud
Have $1500+ burning a hole in your pocket.
I wasn't aware that engine hours were stored on the ECU. If so, I won't do it.
I was thinking more that if something happened to the motor that was unrelated to the flash, swapping it back might make less questions for a warranty repair. If it was something that could be related to the flash, I wouldn't do a warranty repair as I would accept the risks. Something like water pump or things like that.
