Hey y'all. I just got my hands on a 97 2 stroke 90. When I start it cold it will die instantly. Almost like you shut the key off. Starts and dies, starts and dies, starts and dies. If you give it some throttle it will stay running. Then back to idle dies. Once it's warm it starts right up and runs fine the rest of the day. Each startup the rest of the day it will run for 30 sec or so at a high rpm then idle down. Like the prime start is working. It also only does this in the water. When on the hose out of the water it will not do this. I've cleaned the carbs and replaced the prime start valve. I'm running out of ideas and any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
