I plan on going up this week and check on everything, I'll report on the situation as soon as I get back. She has offered the breakfast room to us for potluck so I'll see if that's work-able.

Looked at the Hotel today, I think we hit a jackpot. The breakfast room is fairly big and separate from the lobby so we can have the meeting in there easy. If we decide to have a potluck Thursday night it should work good for that.

I was thinking a pizza party on Friday or Saturday night for the meeting or awards. Do we want to go to a restaurant for a meal, on our own dime it looks like ?
