How hard is it to change the impeller in one of these? will me attempting this or changing lower unit grease mess with my warranty in any way? Also where is the best place to purchase needed parts and grease for this?

No, you can change lower unit oil and impeller without effecting your warranty. Just keep your receipts as proof... As far as how hard is changing the impeller, well that depends on your mechanical aptitude and do you have an extra set of hands to help put it back on???... That lower unit get heavy trying to line everything back up... Dan
