    Sam Rayburn, 10/23-10/27

We are leaving for Rayburn Wednesday and fishing through Sunday. Its only my second trip there so any advise for this time of year and current water conditions would be greatly appreciated. We will be launching from Monterey each morning and planning to stay north of the bridge, but are open to trailering south if needed. I have my GPS tracks saved from last years trip, and also just uploaded the boatlanes.com Rayburn card.

Not looking for anyone's secret spots, just tips on navigation, water conditions, and areas to avoid. Thank you in advance for any and all advise provided.

Just a couple of FYI's, the lake is about 3' low. Take a look at Ken Smith's videos, he has a couple of recent ones on Youtube. Others he has cover the lake as to hazards etc. Good stuff.
